Well.. they might be several months late, but the UPA did finally release their findings. Titled: The Revolution is Underway, this document sets out to show where the UPA plans to go in the next 5 years.

I plan on doing a full analysis on this document and how I believe the changes to the national organizing body of ultimate, will effect local communities such as ours. The Ultimate Players Association (UPA) has really not had much of an effect on our leagues to date (besides providing free liability insurance for UPA members). I am hoping that the UPA plans on changing this in order to promote the sport on a much broader scale. I will let you know what I find after reading through the documents provided by the UPA.
